This map is centered on our home and farm. There have been 0 earthquakes reported by the USGS in 2012 with an epicenter within approximately 30 miles (48 km) of our home. (There have been more reported, but earthquakes centered on known gravel pits and indicating the movement is centered at the surface have been discarded as gravel pit blasting.) The stongest earthquake in 2012 was a 3.2 magnitude quake that occurred September 22. There were 5 days in 2012 with 3 earthquakes reported, about one every other month.
